*Notes on Priority Delivery: If Priority Delivery is chosen, but the goods are not available for dispatch that same day, customer care will notify you by email. Once the goods are received to fulfill your order, this will be sent by your chosen service.
Priority delivery to the rest of the U.K. including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Offices are available at additional cost. However, extra delivery times will be experienced to each of these areas.
Deliveries to Southern Ireland are classified as Air Mail by Royal Mail and Interlink and are subject to different tariffs. You will be contacted by Customer Services on Air Mail delivery charges.
We use several carrier companies, including Royal Mail and Interlink.
Ordering
If you order before noon on any weekday we will dispatch your goods on the same day. When you place an order after 12.00 midday on any weekday from Monday to Friday or at any time on Saturday or Sunday we will dispatch your goods on the next working day.
If any of the items which you buy are out of stock, you will be notified before completing your order and if you choose to proceed we will dispatch the available goods and place the unavailable items on back order. As soon as they become available, we will dispatch them using the same delivery service you have paid for without further charge to you.
If you select a delivery service which entails our use of a carrier other than Royal Mail, you will be able to track the progress of your order from the time of its dispatch by accessing the carrier's own website.
Pricing
Our prices are set to be competitive within the framework of all legislation which covers the sale of goods through pharmaceutical outlets in the <country-regionw:ston><placew:ston>UK.
We are not allowed to offer a discount or other incentive for any goods bought on prescription.
We price non-prescription items as competitively as possible. From time to time, we also run special promotions, when normally-priced goods are offered at special low prices for a defined period.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services at customercare@pharmacy4u.uk.com or by telephone on +44(0)800 055 6352 the items you wish to return, name and contact details, within 30 days. Return the goods to us in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly: for instance condoms, medicines or foods. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning products. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If we are in error we will refund the delivery charges.
Payment
You can not currently pay online using our credit and debit card secure payment scheme. We hope to have the online payment active by 31/03/08. A list of the cards which we accept will be shown on the checkout page as well as on the bottom of all pages. As from 31/03/2008 Pharmacy 4u will also implement Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode also known collectively as 3D Secure, both of these schemes require the card holder to provide a password which is authenticated with their servers, before we can proceed with the payment process. A form will popup on the screen asking you to autheticate using a password. If you have not already enrolled you will be asked to enroll in the service.

You will have nothing to worry about when paying Pharmacy4u.uk.com for your goods online. We use the latest security encryption technology to ensure that your card details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised persons or for any transactions unauthorised by you.
